You will receive a email with a tracking number when the order ships. In some countires the delivery is to a pickup point and a SMS is send when the parcel has arrived. In some countries a delivery to the door will be attempted, if no contact then the parcel will be delivered to the nearest pickup point and a SMS will be sent.

B2B - BUSINESS CUSTOMERS IN EU
EU business customers can purchase without VAT by adding your business VAT number in the checkout. The VAT number will be automatically checked by the EU VIES database and the VAT will be reduced from the total cost.
NON - EU COUNTRIES:
There may or may not be tax or customs collected in your country.
Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot give estimates of the amount.
We will not refund taxes or other import costs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS - Our returns policy is 60 days
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, un-activated, and in the same condition that you received it. We sell only new products and we cannot accept used items in return. You may try it on, inspect the package (without damaging it) but you can not use the product. It must be in the original undamaged packaging. You should preferably send the product back in the original shipment package or a similar sturdy cardboard package. Wrapping the product package simply in paper is will for sure damage the product package and possibly the product in shipment, and we cannot accept damaged packages or products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. In some cases we need your bank account details for the refund. (IBAN / BIC)
Personalized items
If your product has been laser engraved with your name, or otherwise personalized, we genarally cannot refund the purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If there is an error in the order or in the product, we will cover the costs of the return.
If you are shipping an item over 75 EUR, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
B2B BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
For companies we can sell with an invoice. Businesses can order by phone, email or through the shopping cart. If you want VAT exemtion via EU VAT number, make an order with email.

ABOUT US
On many of our brands, we are the biggest retailer in Finland. We have a web store and a shop in Sinettä, Rovaniemi. We have been in business since 1994.
We are located in northern Finland (Rovaniemi), just above the arctic circle. The harsh arctic nature is the perfect testing ground for products in extreme use. In winter we have over 1 m snow, down to -40C°, and the sun does not rise above the horizon. In contrast, in summertime we have the midnight sun and a powerful nature - starting at our backyard. Although we are in a remote location, we have excellent transportation connections to anywhere in the world. Rovaniemi, the capital of Lapland, is a modern city of 60000 people, we have a university and of course, the (real) Santa Claus.
