RETURNS AND REFUNDS - Our returns policy is 90 days
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, un-activated, and in the same condition that you received it. We sell only new products and we cannot accept used items in return. You may try it on, inspect the package (without damaging it) but you can not use the product. It must be in the original undamaged packaging. You should preferably send the product back in the original shipment package or a similar sturdy cardboard package. Wrapping the product package simply in paper is will for sure damage the product package and possibly the product in shipment, and we cannot accept damaged packages or products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. In some cases we need your bank account details for the refund. (IBAN / BIC)
If your product has been laser engraved with your name, or otherwise personalized, we genarally cannot refund the purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If there is an error in the order or in the product, we will cover the costs of the return.
